“Garadagh Cement” OJSC won the court case against AND Company

Recently, the court case of “Garadagh Cement” OJSC against AND Company about the illegal copying of the Garadagh Cement logo and bag design, has been closed. By the decision of the Appeal Court, AND Company should immediately stop using Garadagh Cement bag designs in their product packing.
Next, “Garadagh Cement” OJSC will officially request the State Agency of Standardization, Metrology and Patents to annul the patents, given to AND Company for the illegally copied bag designs.
